Members are able to report problems and ask questions via the Contact Us feature (found at: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/viewContactUs.do ). When sending an email from Contact Us, if you are logged in as a member, much of the required information is populated from your profile. If you are not logged in, you have to fill in the information. Our goal is to try to respond to each email within 48 hours.

Several times per week, our replies to your questions come back as undeliverable. This means that (1) you entered your email address wrong on the Contact Us form, or (2) the email address in your member profile is wrong.

Please verify that your email address is correct in your member profile. To do this, simply sign in to the Member Area, go to My Profile, correct your email address (if necessary), and press save.

Some members also have a spam-blocker on. If you do, please add worldcommunitygrid.org to your list of allowed senders.
