Hello;
I have completed and reported 1 task and have 365 points AND VALID STATUS and am working on the 2 nd task with 60% completion and on schedule , but I received an email from worldcommunitygrid asking why they have no knowledge my work completion. I'm unsure of what is going on . Can you advise? Robert |

Hello ROBERT S HOOVER,
First, we need to know which client you are running - UD or BOINC? Second, which project did you complete? Third, what email did you receive? I'll be able to comment or at least ask pertinent questions once I know what is going on. Lawrence |

ROBERT S HOOVER, your statistics look good to me. What I suspect happened is that during the sign up process, you registered two user names by mistake. It happens surprisingly often. Anyway, have another look at the email you received, and check what username it was addressed to.
If this isn't the problem, please post the email here so we can get a better idea of the problem. |
