Re: Computers tips

"Radio? Sure!" is a new radio player that preinstalls over 12,000 radio stations, supports most Internet radio formats, provides switching and searching of stations, records and packages into separate song files, simultaneously records multiple stations, and more. Strangely, it installs itself to your Documents folder, so be sure to change that to your Programs Files folder when you install it.

Re: Computers tips

A quick heads up Lifehacker is highlighting today some new software (Windows only) that will let you download free access/public domain texts from Google Book. Search and then turn them into neat PDF files. To get tips on how to use the software created by a third party, not Google,

Re: Computers tips

Have you ever needed to find the path of a file on your hard drive? Click Start / Run then drag and drop any file to it and the path of that file will appear.
Just drop it over for an instant location!

Re: Computers tips

JP, I understand your solution but I don't understand your problem confused
Is right-click->Properties broken in your machine?
That seems faster and less twisted to me, and without any risk to accidentally run it... smile

Re: Computers tips

Wasn´t aware of this one smile

When your search results include a document in Adobe's PDF format, you won't need to fire up a separate program for viewing. Those links will now include a Quick View option to see the document, with all its graphics and styling touches, right in the browser.

* Google's mobile search will now incl...Search Options tools for refining your query as the desktop view does

Google Maps has put together a new and more detailed data set covering the United Statesand added a "Report a Problem" link so that users can help keep it up to date.
