 Who knows how to remove a device that is linked to your profile.I have switched to a new pc last year, my old pc is still listed as a device in my name. How do I remove this? Help is welcom greetingss marc |

Hi MKOSTERV,

You cannot remove 'old' devices at this time. Normally a device disappears from the 'current' views in the device manager and device statistics after about 7 or 14 days inactivity. cheers CIH / TKH, can you please move this thread to Website Support.
