Failed To Connect To Client

It is frustrating when you download a program that is designed to help with projects such as this one, only to find that it simply doesn'tt work, and that information and help to make it work are sparse.
I've tried a number of distributed computing projects and all fail at some point, please help!!

I am receiving the following error message

BOINC client is unable to connect to a community grid client

looks like a double post as you ask for support in FA@H forum for same also. Several questions we asked and potential solution were given there.
