Tomorrow a Team Challenge starts between Christians and Dutch Power Cows (DPC's) : http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/team/challe...allenge.do?challengeId=58
When the challenge was made the teams were pretty evenly matched in terms of daily output, however the DPC's have been able to bring across 40+ of their members from other projects to help out over here at WCG - although this is great from an overall WCG point of view having so many new members join the project, it is not so great for Christians in terms of the Challenge as it will be difficult to match in terms of recruiting that many new members in such a short space of time. One way however they can be helped is if members of other teams join them as Guest Crunchers during the Challenge - even if for a few days, a week, or even longer Myself, CourinesLegs (In2My.net) and The Aspens (Zirconia) have joined Christians for the Challenge to try to help even things out a bit, but they far need more to get anywhere near them - so if there are any others here who would be able to assist in such a way I'm sure the Christians team will be very grateful for your support!! I appreciate some may be reluctant as it would mean your own team missing your output, so I have a promise to make - any other team members who help out the Christians during this challenge, at the end I will join your team and donate all those points/results back, plus an extra 20%, so your home team does not lose out in any way I know this is blatant bribery - but desperate times call for desperate measures ![]() CLICK HERE to Join the Christians!! AdyWebb, I will ask nelsoc to move this. Forum rules: Recruiting only in the Team section and Team Thread.... does not matter who it refers too!
----------------------------------------Lets keep this within the book.... your opponent went outside and added power from outside, which is what the goal is!

No problem Sek - If the Team Recruiting section is the correct place, then so be it
Can I make it clear - as I thought I had above - I have no problem at all in any way with DPC bringing in those from other projects to WCG, it is great and I hope more come to push this project further!! WCG benefits from this and it is what its all about in the end, all I want to do is try to bring a few across to help out the Christians to stimulate interest amongst us all in the Challenge and keep it interesting and as close as is feasibly possible. DPC's aren't scared of a little competition surely ![]() |

---------------------------------------- And dont you worry.... u toy with "Cows Are Us" and cows will pull out Matchbox. As an old adage goes: Meet AND Exceed The Highest Expectations. nelsoc, can you please move to the Teams Forum. thanks all

I started a topic that covers this. Just move the hoopla there. If both make hoopla about the competition, then your not recuiting, but will yield the same result.
