confused Running Vista Premium 64bits

Hello,

I can't find the way to make BOINC work coorectly on Vista premium 64bits : each time I start my computer I have to repair the installation.
What I found is that I can't find on my computer the 2 config files "configuration file" & "local preferences". It looks like the installer can't write them correctly.

If anyone has an idea...

I don't think either of those files is supposed to be on your host in a normal install. They are manually added later if needed.

The general advice on vista installs is to change the install directory to something outside of the "program files" or "windows" tree, C:\boinc is usually what I use.
