We are going to be performing some maintenance on our servers over the next 2 hours. There may be intermittent outages on the website and with the UD agents during this period.

You have our apologies for the extended outage today. My definition of intermittent does not include 3 hour long periods where you cannot login. We are putting the UD database and the BOINC database into a HACMP cluster and the configuration was not as solid as we originally thought so we had to change some things which made the outage take significantly longer then expected.
No data has been lost during these outages and both the UD and BOINC agents will automatically reconnect and resume processing work. No action on the members part is needed. Again - we apologize for the extended outage and we appreciate your ongoing support. |
