If you go to http://worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/request_for_proposals.html and click on the RFP Download Link, you will download the Request for Proposal in PDF format, which you can view with Acrobat Reader. It explains the criteria used by the Advisory Board to select new projects. The Advisory Board considers new project applications 4 times a year. Since we have just started our first project in November 2004, I have no experience to help me guess when the next one will be announced.
