Diana G. et al,

knreed is sending a message to Berkeley to ask for a considerable delay in future messaging available upgrades.... should have appeared in windows clients only as there is no recommended 5.10 for linux yet.

On the Challenge Name, the change to "Moh Down" was well received at the DPC forum. As you saw knreed will see if a Challenge Title edit function can be implemented.

cheers

(now you will have to learn how to make Frisian Stamboek vocals ;>)

Re: Just Like Old Times Re: Christians are giving... come give with us!

Olivia, AMD rates your 1.8Ghz processor at a maximum case temperature of 95C. As usual, the closer to that value you get, the shorter the life of your processor.

I can't find were you posted the value you were seeing. If it's under 80C, you probably don't have a problem.

I'm trying to deal with processors which are rated at 65C and are running in the low 50s.

Re: Just Like Old Times Re: Christians are giving... come give with us!

it's great to see you back Larry. It sounds like you are one of the founders of this team and definitely helped to keep it together.

In other news, DPC has finally passed us, after borrowing 30+ crunchers from another project, but since we both passed IBM Australia, we kept our 29th position. We should be passing Germany in a few days, which will put us at position 28.

I updated my "salute" post acknowledging our being passed, with another jab for fun.

Thank You!

Re: Just Like Old Times Re: Christians are giving... come give with us!

Team, Dutch Power Cows have passed us...for now wink

We are still in 29th spot because we passed IBM Australia.

28th : Dutch Power Cows 73,154,382
29th : Christians 73,043,797
30th : IBM Australia 73,037,467

Not much seperates us tongue so lets all keep up the awesome crunching!

peace

Diana

Re: Just Like Old Times Re: Christians are giving... come give with us!

Are you using your new building, Larry?
Incidentally, your property is beautiful.

You'll have to take a pic of your set up.
You were just getting it set up in UD's last days.

I miss The_Dentist aka Terry.

I can't tell you how good it is to see you!

James Thanks for giving me that guide line.
I have only had the alarm go off once for over heating and I didn't see how hot it was.

I'm also being smarter about not overloading it's memory.
It's a laptop. I don't think I mentioned that.

Re: Just Like Old Times Re: Christians are giving... come give with us!

Dear LarryC.,

Welcome back.

We share the same "birthday" (4/28/2007), so I noticed when your score stopped increasing. Sorry to hear that things have been difficult. Glad to hear that the result is you growing closer to the Lord.

Keep up the crunching and praying, not necessarily in that order!

In Christ,

fotokemist
