It would also be nice to be able to control each machine that is attached to a project independently as to what machine works on what project and what amout of time is devoted to the project.

Wrong forum still Robert (suggest moving to Suggestions and Feedback) and the feature is long in place at device level for UD agent.... BOINC has only 4 standard profiles available which is uniform for all 50/60/70 DC projects existing in the world. Assign a machine to a specific profile for weight and project, but as soon as you assign more than 1 WCG project, WCG starts to balance the project progress and work assignment to a machine.
