Re: Human Proteome Folding - Phase 2

Hello Shraddha_Sameer,
The Human Proteome Folding project uses the Rosetta program, which is developed on Rosetta Commons at http://www.rosettacommons.org/

The lead developer (David Baker at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA) uses the Rosetta@home BOINC project to test new code ( http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ ).

Other distributed computer projects are listed at http://distributedcomputing.info/projects.html

Hope this helps you.
Lawrence
