The points shown on the web site don't match the points in the agent.

The points on the website are updated several times a day. They will rarely exactly match the points shown on the agent. Check the current update schedule.

I use UD and the website says I have no points
The most common reason for this is that you have registered two separate usernames. Check that the names match: look in the top right corner of the web pages, and make sure the name matches the one shown in your agent.

The circled name should match the one you use to sign in to the website:


I use BOINC and my points seem way off
The BOINC credit system is different to the WCG credit system (which is based on the United Devices system). Multiply the work done shown in the agent by 7 to convert to WCG points.

I used UD and use BOINC
Each agent only showed points (UD) or credit (BOINC) earned on their respective platform. The only place you can see your combined points is the website. Take the issues mentioned above into account, too.
