khunter,
Posts on this topic are now going into the new Human Proteome Folding forum, established in early February. Dr. Richard Bonneau made a post at http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=1833#10825 on 18 February 2005 saying that 22% of the proteins had been 'folded' and returned to ISB. The percentage is based on an estimate of how many proteins we will fold, not a definite number yet. For recent information, switch to the new forum. Lawrence |
