My PC has successfully completed numerous calculations.However on the current problem the clock is ticking but progress has been stuck at 85% for at least 6 hrs of preocessing time.When I press the "I" button there is no protein picture.

Puzzling. If the Application View does not even show a picture, then I suspect something has gone wrong with Rosetta, since it produces the data that the snapshot in the view comes from. I would first bring up Task Manager and see what is happening with WCGrid_Rosetta.exe. Then I would minimize the Agent, right-click on the icon and 'Exit'. Then I would reboot.
If that did not clear things up, I would uninstall / reinstall. Lawrence |

Thanks for your assistance. Your first suggestion successfully brought back the protein picture but still no movement in the progress of the calculations.I have subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled.

Thanks for your assistance. Your first suggestion successfully brought back the protein picture but still no movement in the progress of the calculations.I have subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure why the picture didn't appear, but as long as you see the graphs continue to draw it's working. You probably just happened upon a very hard fold or a non-convergant fold.
