I see from the stats the project is "overdone?" Where are the work units coming from?
If the project is 102.82% finished, when can we expect to grab more machines for the other projects? |

Which stats would those be? Anyway, at best they are a guess. The last %complete information we had was a while ago, and a bit vague.
I know WCG are preparing to launch the next part of the project, so we are close to the end of the current work, anyway. |

Hello Gollumer,
For a while the project scientists detailed the work to be done in each phase. The last such update was back in phase 2 when they would give occasional percentage complete listings. Then, after a long silence, they redid their website to show a number of different phases, some already completed, without detailed information about each phase. So I have no way to estimate how much there is to do. Anyway, we are adapting the latest version of AutroDock 4 for the grid and will soon be using it. The estimate is more than a year of work using the new software, so we will not run out before late 2008. Lawrence |

Really, the only question is - will there be a gap, or will the next phase follow on seamlessly?
No way to know, just yet. But if there is a gap, it will be very short. |

Think bbover3 gave a roar yesterday pointing out the hard work they were doing on Autodock 4.0 launch and it not being classed as a new project.... interpreted it as an 'embedded' phase III for FA@H.... hopefully not as invisible as phase II for Genome Comparison
---------------------------------------- The > 100 % is simply a result of the WU count being more then Lawrence and a few computed to be the 100% mark. Wrote previously that i just let it run as there is really any indication how much more to go, other than the soon to launch Phase III (or whatever it is going to be called). Edit: Corrected version number.

I don't know what my previous FAAH WUs said, but all the ones currently on my results status page say Autodock 4: autogrid: autogrid4: Successful Completion. autodock4: Successful Completion on "World Community Grid device" |

To be precise AutoDock 4.0 is what's going to run soon and it can do more than just FA@H :O
