Morning (don't half miss the little 'thumb up' icon)
Started very badly  No TV (I have cable digital) and couldn't get though to them - too much traffic, not prepared to hang on for 10 minutes at my expense. (Spoilt my breakfast that did - I like to watch the news with my first cup of tea) So came upstairs to computer to find the server down!! So showered and washed my hair and the server is now back, hence my being able to ramble on here! (Little furry friend is not interested in my woes and is currently hiding under my bed, for what reason I know not!)So now need to go downstairs and start hanging on the phone for hours no doubt to try and get some help for TV, and no doubt will be treated as the original "silly old woman" who knows nothing! Yes, I have gone all through the remedial processes, all to no avail. And I am paying for this service ....grrrrrrrrrr  Think I had better get off here, before I bore the lot of you rigid! Not sure I understand wot you are saying Den? However just reporting that I had one more try with the TV and lo and behold, all back to normal. So problems were obviously their end.
