I don't make any phone calls, I just go into my 3 accounts online (with all the usual pass numbers, etc. etc. of course). I get my statements online as well. On the one occasion I did have to 'phone them, I got straight through to a very English man who had all my details in front of him! I only had to phone him 'cos I had put my number in wrong twice cos I wasn't concentrating and that was enough for them to bar me

Underdogs? With your massive 250+ team members, compared with our minuscule 28, we'll have to work doubly hard to stay ahead of the "MOT"

Well, the number of team members can be misleading. MOT was one of the very first teams to form at WCG. Officially, we have 330 members but 79 of those have retired from the team. The leaves 251 members but they are by no means all active. We've had three years+ for members to "fade into the sunset" - they quit crunching but don't retire from the team. You have 31 members of which 2 have retired. It may well be that all of the remaining 29 are returning results for your team each day (in fact you have two members that are not retired and have not returned any results). For MOT, we currently have about 50 members returning results on any given day. Comparing our two teams based on members can get complicated, and perhaps confusing. What I looked at was total points produced by each team on a typical day. On that, we're pretty close. Enough that I thought both teams would have a fair chance of winning the challenge without having to "handicap" or adjust one team's points by some factor.
