I can remember the advice given to me when doing the compulsory 12 hours as pilot in a Tiger Moth: Just take your hands and feet away from the controls and the thing knows better than you how to fly. A little late for the advice but thanks anyway, truth is I kept my hands in PRAYER,  seriously tho', What a fantastic experiance, flying at 2000 ft across Cambridge and the fens at about a ground speed of 75 mph.the wind whistling down and around every crack and cranny in my flying suit, this was flying as near as a bird a man could get. Just fantastic I am hooked!. We pulled about 2gs on a semi-loop and turn, the sensation at that slow speed was weird to say the least, the ground spinning as if we were standing still!. Weaving left to right to see where we going on take off was strange and shutting down to a glide on landing a bit nerving especially as there are no brakes on the plane!!  This is a must do for all, I can't wait to fly again.  'and now to sleep and dream of a wonderful day' Good night all  |

 Good morning all, back to earth with a bump, nose to the millstone to earn a few more pennies for the TAX man, Sigh, if only could win the lottery! but hey, it's another morning, another day to enjoy life!, and that's satisfaction enough for me; You all have a great day now .......... ........... heck awfully grey day today.who has pinched the sunshine....own up...certainly wasnt me ! Very dull and grey here too Choco - but don't know where you hail from - can't remember whether you said?  Doesn't look as though you are crunching either Have you emailed Herr Cap-i-tan yet? He will put you on the right lines  If it makes you feel any better, I am a complete 'non-techie' and have to be told how to do everything, which I then promptly forget and have to be told all over again! But they seem to put up with me!!   |
