----------------------------------------Its jolly sooper sunny monday the hot house is 90+ all windows and doors opened, floors watered fans on........ The glass reading 1025mbar so we are in a high ... The bikes will be racing today in IOM I can get full race coverage on medium wave 1367. Light programme..Sheesh..Remember the "Home Service", "Radio Three"and "Radio Luxembourg"..Gosh...

T name but a few! All the above on the old fashioned Wireless Sets - long before Televisions and Radios, let alone I Pods! And Gramophones, remember them? Box of needles for a shilling to make them work? and a big windey 'andle on the side. Big black 'records' that mum used to make flowerpots out of when they got too old or scratched!
