There is no Phase 2 scheduled AFAIK. There is Cancer X-ray Crystallography planned to start late Q2-07.

Has there been any announcement of the proposals approved on the March 31 cycle? You need to rephrase that question.... other than the March news letter and the special HDC email, nothing formal for public discussion. We know already, that there are 2 projects being readied for short term release and 4 more for the remainder of the year in line with was announced previous by bbover3 i.e. 6 new projects or phases for 2007. The mentioned 4 include phase 2 for HCMD. Work is well under way to fill the 2008 calendar with new projects, where we know that FAAH, HPF2 and HCMD will take a major portion of the workload.

I think you have answered the question...but the reference was to the review schedule for proposals that is at the bottom of this page: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/projects_showcase/viewSubmitAProposal.do
Thanks for the info though. |

What Sekerob was trying to say is the review board approvals are not made public. It's too early to set a timescale at that stage, and there's no point raising false hopes.
WCG normally announces projects when they are all set to launch. I understand they get better press coverage that way. |

Hello E. Frijters,
Next on the schedule is the upgrade of AutoDock from version 4 (2005) to version 4 (2007). Scripps doesn't sell it, so they only change the version number about once every 5 years, even though it is under continuous development. Both FAAH and a new project will be using the new version of AutoDock. Once FAAH switches to the new code (which we tested in Beta several days ago -- finding bugs) we will start the new project. Then when we are satisfied with that, we will start the new Cancer project. Lawrence |

Both FAAH and a new project will be using the new version of AutoDock. That would be Dengue fever/Flavivirus? |

Yes. I suppose I am just too used to being mysterious.
