I'm currently processing faah1490_d099n589_x2AZ8_01_2 using faah version 530.
I'm doing this using Mac OS X 10.4.9 and have noticed that there are no graphics for this project. The other BOINC projects that I run don't have any issues with the graphics. Would like to know what is happening. |

'Other projects' as in WCG projects? To understand, if you select a running FAAH job in the Tasks tab, the Graphics button remains grayed. Well possible that one or the other project is not having graphics on Mac. HPF2 e.g. has none on Linux due to a bug that only appears with the graphics module added.

Hello imalegend,
Viktors just told the CAs that we are concentrating on converting the latest version of AutoDock4 [which will soon have a GPL Open Source License] ( http://autodock.scripps.edu/ ) to run on the grid right now and we intend to fix the graphics bugs on the new version rather than on the old version. So it will be a while before we get the graphics running. Lawrence |
