scheduler request failed: problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access ri.......

Check for ca-bundle.crt - is it missing?

So your saying the install instructions for Linux at the WCG home page don't work and I should use that tutorial . I've had no problems with those instruction in the past ,Why now???
