Hey all,
Ive run 10 days plus with 8870 pts and the units seem to send but my stats page on my profile has never registered anything at all bar 0 results returned and 0 pts. when the grid emailed me a newsletter my stats were on it however. Any ideas? Also how do I change my device info, again Ive done it on my device list but it doesnt change on the program itself. |

Probably you have ended up with two different usernames. It's easy to do with the UD agent. Open up the agent, and have a look at your name in the corner. Then try logging into the website using that name.
