I admire the effort you have put into finding all of these organizations. One that came to my mind that is not listed is The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. I do not see an address listed on their web site at http://www.ifrc.org/index.asp but the "Donate Now" link at the bottom of news item on their tsunami relief effort will allow secure online donations to be made.
