A host is a computer. Some members have lots of computers attached to WCG.
A user, on the other hand, is usually human ;-) As for your other question: no comment. |

So yeah... If they have the capablity to host BOINC data, why won't they for UD?
Also, if credit and points are "same", why not just list both at the same time or just use 1? |

UD and BOINC are entirely different systems. Unless you happen to be a programmer, I won't bore you with the technical details.
I don't understand your question about credit. Please refer to my previous post on the subject. |

Also, if credit and points are "same", why not just list both at the same time or just use 1? That is done on the website. The BOINC points are multiplied by 7 and added to the UD points to give each member a unified score.Lawrence |
