cool Re: linux - CrossOver Office Pro and World Community Grid Agent

hi, i am running PC Linux 9v2 (RPM based and KDE front) and have come across a copy of (using Limewire - so there's a hint) 'wink' Codeweavers.CrossOver.Office.Professional.v4.0 which i have updated with crossover-pro-4.1-1.i386.rpm (this has WINE at its core) and have been trying various apps' to see what works and to my joy i have found that the World community grid agent works with most of the graphics (not 'current docking') that usually appear under windoze and even better all my accumulated points have been carried over. I have successfully in the past set up a Linux install with the BOINC agent etc. using the instructions from http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewDownload.do?platform=linux and http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewThankYouBoinc.do .

But this is better for me as i get some visual feedback - so 2 good things here as it is the first useful piece of windoze software that i have run under Linux, however It is beyond me at the moment to incorporate the screen saving function - so am content to run in primary task mode at night - GKRELLM reports 99% but machine still usable. are there any clever script writers out there with a fix until hopefully a full version arrives from World Community Grid?

cheers! - ps. has everyone out there tried StumleUpon.com
