This has been reported by a member over at XS - the granted credit is rediculously low and below what even an outliner would give:

More than a few threads are started in the an incorrect forum or continued on different subjects that warrant a new thread in a different forum, that I've long stopped looking there and go straight to the Recent Threads listing for current items...... customer friendly approach absent CA's ability to move threads to the right place.
