Mornin' everyone!
I have a Core 2 Duo, and I've noticed that my CPU usage is only at 50%. I realize that this is likely because of two processors, and only one of them working on the World Community Grid application. How can I get both processors crunching numbers? Thanks! |

All power can be released by converting to BOINC. Find posts with the key word 'migrating' in it.

Thank you - this worked!
My CPU is now showing 100% usage on both processors; although the processes tab shows two identical processes both running at 50% CPU. Is that normal? |

Tell us what u see clocking up time in the Tasks Tab... if the same project, but different work unit names, then yes you will see 2 identical sciences in the Taskmanager.

The Application ID is the same, the Name ID is different. I believe it is working on two unique tasks at the same time; each on a different processor.
