Ah! Al, see the Multiple Errors with FAAH units over many machines... thread. I think that is how you got so many points Sunday. I don't want to read it. lol Probably why I got so many points. I usually run right around 1900-2500 points a day so I thought it was kind of wierd that I got so many. Wasn't going to complain though. Wonder if they'll subtract to correct the problem? No big deal. The most important part is those 3000 results. Points don't mean much, but the results do. Take care everyone. Have a good night. |

I am trying to work so that i can get one of those Mac Machines but my knees are killing me.The doctor gave me some Lidacaine patches but they dont seem to do much

Gerald, that's a topical anesthetic. If the pain is from within, I don't think that would help any. You may want to see an orthopedist. You could be losing the cartiledge between the upper and lower leg bones. That happens with age plus your line of work may have been a factor. Going up and down all those ladders may not have helped. I'd suspect worst case is knee replacement but you could well end up with something a lot simpler like an injection or two in the knees.

Well the doc said he couldnt do anything else because of blood clots in my right leg--DVT but i may get another opinion |
