Hi, hope everyone's week is going well (I know Spikey's will in a couple of days!
---------------------------------------- ). I'm still hoping to see our number of members returning a result each day get back up into the 60's. As much as I am enjoying Webnx.com's recent burst, I know it will last however long it lasts. That could be a while and it could end tomorrow. We can't let that lull us into a bit of complacency. Let's keep those machines crunching!Congratulations to our "milestoners" today! Don't forget to update your forum signature with your new Hall of Fame banner when you hit a points milestone. I encourage everyone to take an occasional moment to perhaps drop a post here if just to say hi. It helps me keep going and reflects on how active we are as a team. It can also help folks looking for a team give us a closer look too. Here's a bit of good news, bad news in a vein that hasn't come up in a good while. Taking an optimistic take on things, if recent trends continue and we can continue to average about 150,000 points a day, we have a shot at passing the team above us - Kentucky Wildcats Folding Team - in about 160 days. That's about five and a half months. Yes, that's a good while but it's a nice possibility nevertheless. The bad news is that even with recent trends continuing, the team below us - Gay US - will pass us in about 48 days. Let's not forget to recruit friends, family, coworkers, even strangers to join us here. For those who may not have noticed, here are a few things I've noticed. Our newest member, jan.fratric, is putting in nice regular totals each day! Arthur256 is quietly crunching away and has overtaken thirteen of our active crunchers so far this year! Recent returnee WARDSTAR is pouring it on with their new MacBook. Rulkethecharon, one of our half-millionaires, has overtaken sixteen of our active crunchers so far this year as well. That's even more of an accomplishment in their points neighborhood. We have a number of quiet, steady crunchers at all point levels that are the backbone of our team. GROUP HUG TIME!!!  Finally, don't forget to register for The new home of MyOnlineTeam. That's our team website. I'm slowing (but hopefully steadily) building it up with new and updated information. In time, I hope to have a nice section that will be useful to us all for recruiting new members. Crunch, crunch, crunch..... Yes, it is good to be back and very impressed with my macbook - often have to scratch my head sometimes when i feature in the top 10 with one machine - good old 2 ghz core 2 duo has the beans!
