Sending the 32 bit Linux Applications to additional platforms on BOINC

The following platforms will now be sent the 32 bit Linux application:

x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
i386-pc-linux-gnu
i386-portbld-freebsd

We will periodically scan the log files for other platforms that would be compatible.
