Hey all
I run UD agent, and all five projects. Is it simply up to us, or has a optimised schedule, or suggested one, ever beencirculated? Thanks... ![]() |

Hello 7cures,
The WCG staff have set preferred weights for each project. The server always follows individual preferences but tries to run each project for the assigned percentage of effort. Since most people (I think) just check the 'All projects' box, the daily results for each project match up with the designated percentage. Lawrence |

Hey Lawrence
Thank you. I was wondering, 'cause Muscular Dystrophy had run so seldom... I just read some info in that thread about the publicity going out late. You know, I know some true movers and shakers in non-profit fundraising. Can WCG be considered a non-profit, and if so, is it in need of assistance? I'm quite serious about having connections in this area... Or, is our need squarely in the realm of getting more crunchers...?! ![]() |

Greetings 7cures,
----------------------------------------Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy was running at a lower priority before, but as you may have noticed, it has picked up steam as of late. 20+ years yesterday when the total is around 88+ total. lawrencehardin is correct in each project gets a weight and it doesn't hurt to have all projects selected. Also, as for assistance, we do receive a lot of assistance from our Community Advisors like lawrencehardin. They volunteer their free time to assisting other members on World Community Grid. They have given members lots of support plus many other things to assist. -Uplinger [Edit 1 times, last edit by uplinger at Feb 6, 2007 4:26:23 AM] |

Right On!
So the best kind of additional help would simply be more crunchers. I believe we are all working on that. Thanks Baran |
