Hi All,

Long time no see Mr Dave and Sek. My oh my have I been busy, hehehe, but my p.c. has still been crunching all the time I've been working away. This is just a quick post to say I cannot believe my e-mail sig and sig in the forums I post on is still getting those sort of results.

Well I've also been helping out with a Technology and software company in the US that's also starting to get its product out here in the UK and Italy. It's actually a company that does Linux and I use their version of Linux operating system and help Admin their forums and give away free copies of their operating system on cd. LMAO in that respect I seem to be doing as much as Sek and Dave just on different forums.

In recognition of my help they have put the link to the WCG on 3 of their sites and also my team link hehehehe. The only thing they didn't want to do was put the wiki affiliate id link in behind it as people might think it was making someone money . I just thought that you guys might like to know that more people will be being enticed to the WCG homepage but they won't show up in the results. I'm not bothered about how high up the table I get just that they are coming here .

I dont know if it's ok to put the page links in here for you lot to check out and let me know if they work ok for everyone, or does that contravene some forum policy I might not have read or read and lost from my memory banks lol. If it's ok to put the links then let me know I'll list them and you guys can test them .

The next thing I'm going to try to do is get them to put it in their Linux distro so everyone who gets the OS has something to point them here to the WCG, maybe even have the Boinc package as part of the install. If you guys have any ideas on that then feel free to put them here. It might not be as good as being sent out with every Microsoft product but if I can get them to do it, then it's a start.

Transistor Radio under my pillow with the earpiece in my lughole (<-- another yorkshireism) when radio's had the words "Solid State" on the outside and just having a single transistor in a package with only 3 legs was cool. Those were the days of the Wurzles with "I've got a brand new combined harvester". Leo Sayer and Gilbert O'Sullivan and that piano karate style. Not forgetting "Popcorn" who remembers the words to that?
