Same happened late last year sporadically and fixed rather quick. There's already an internal alert out on this and suspicion of a code regression, whilst systems are being upgraded.

I presume that this situation has risen from the past, where a WU was limited to one per member rather than the current one per host. May I suggest an update to the code generating the popup window:

When the participant clicks on a Workunit_name, then the popup window would only have a single highlighted entry corresponding to the result he/she clicked on. The highlighted record in that quorum list would be drived from the (host_name & WU_name) rather than the (member_name & WU_name).

If this is the case, I wonder if the code for generating the "result log" popup window also need to be checked, just to be sure it corresponds to the correct result corresponding to the intended host_name, in case two results have been returned by the same member for this Wu.
