We are now a top 40 team , currently ranked at #39. We have literally went from being ranked in the high 400's to # 39 in 1 weeks' time. Great job team.

Just watch out jerbenn...I've been know to steal away key players from other teams! Just ask "Captain Crunch" (or whatever name he goes by now)
I took his Team Captain! Ranks number 4 in my team last I checked. And then of course there is our all-star player "CompuDude"...he was a tough one to get. They all realize it's better to join forces and work with the original America (USA) rather than with all of the spin-offs which aren't very patriotic because they refuse to Stand United - regardless of their slogan. I say why waste away at the bottom when you can be on the leading team competing in the top 4! With just a couple more key players we will overtake Canada and will be competing for first place! America (USA) |

I took his Team Captain! Ranks number 4 in my team last I checked. Well, for the record, you had nothing to do with my switching of teams. They all realize it's better to join forces and work with the original America (USA) rather than with all of the spin-offs which aren't very patriotic because they refuse to Stand United - regardless of their slogan. NoMad, after the little stunt you pulled with the virus posts, I no longer support or consider anything you have to say. Looking at the big picture, we are trying to get as many people to help out with this project as possible, regardless of what team they choose to join, if any at all. Whether your little "virus posts" were all in fun or not, they cast a negative shadow on this project. I think the entire community deserves an apology at the very least from you. Many people who invest the time and money of owning a computer get very scared just at the mention of the word "virus", much less when someone posts a link to a site that could contain a virus. (even though it was fake, not everyone is as computer savvy as some, and they might not know or understand the intent of your little prank.
Congratulations to the team for moving up 3 more spots to be ranked at #37 and gaining two more team members over the last couple of days. Great job team. So whats the reason the U.S. teams do not just unite again ?
I mean with all the populations in North America, and our friends to the North should not be beating us not even close. |

Scotts - my intentions were that you joined the America (USA) team because of the fact that I had posted this message previously on your team recruitment thread. Perhaps that is not the case. No big deal! The more the merrier. Jerbenn, I understand this is your team recruitment thread so it is in your best interest to maintain a level of competition with others that are out sniping. I know you have a sense of humor  from reading some of your posts - I especially liked the one where you said that you spread birdseed on your lawn because it was cheaper than buying catfood. I'm happy to bump your thread back to the top to solicit for more team members.bcarter, I couldn't agree with you more. The U.S. teams just keep getting split by individuals that want to play "captain". The U.S. is split by several derivitives of "US" and per states and per college and per sexual orientation and per politics and everything imaginable. So whats the reason the U.S. teams do not just unite again ? I mean with all the populations in North America, and our friends to the North should not be beating us not even close. (however I do think its funny).
