There seems to only be two languages for this site. (English and French) I would like to see some other major languages for the website. Such as Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and German. This would make The World Community Grid a real WORLD Community Grid; if you know what I mean.
Thank You and Merry Christmas |

To add to this...
----------------------------------------I knew I'd seen the language task list somewhere. I found the message. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=8765#70793 Hello Melitopol, The WCG website currently supports English and French. We are adding Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. Right now it is all going slowly. We intend to add more major languages. Lawrence

There are two major kinds of Chinese...traditional, with more complex characters, in use in the Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau et. al.

Los que somos de habla hispana y no entendemos otros idiomas necesitamos la aplicacion en español. Somos muchos los que no la ejecutamos por no entender para que sirve. Saludos desde el equipo de España. |

Specific to WCG there is the multilingual www.WCGwiki.org who are always looking for translators (certified or not). Not specific to WCG, there are many Wiki's and help fora around in languages like French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian.... i've not looked any further. These latter often only cover the BOINC agent, but some do cover the UD agent. Visit a specific non-english team thread and are bound to find foreign language help in the WCG fora. Even saw a hebrew thread.
----------------------------------------One issue remains.... unless completely generic, creating them is one thing, maintaining them is a challenge.
