Server request failed: HTTP file not found

Since the server restarted due to a power outage it has been unable to get new work and reports the following:

Server request failed: HTTP file not found.

I have tried resetting the project, restoring back to before the power cut, removing and reinstalling without success.

Can anyone offer any assistance please - BOINC is installed as a service.
