Hi,
I have been using the grid for a couple of weeks now and for some reason last week whenever I start my computer all the info that I had been doing is now lost and I have to restart my progress all over again from scratch hence I am not getting very far. The one I'm doing at present is 10% after 4 hours. Any ideas on how to correct it ? Thanks in advance. |

This sounds very troublesome. My first idea is to reinstall the system, but some initial experimentation is called for. If you right-click on the Grid Agent icon, you should be able to Exit. This is supposed to produce a smooth shutdown. If you then reboot, does the Agent simply pick up where it left off, or does it restart?

I shut it down smoothly and then restarted but the same thing happened so I reinstalled and all appears ok now. Strange but true.
Thanks for the advice. |

OK then. I see you registered another nickname. You could also take your old one. You just had to check the 'registered user' box.
