Ihave DF running and the Grid agent running both on multiple machines. I tunr off DF, do the standard Grid install into a directory on the thawspace and then restart with DF frozen.

Without Thawspace, which is not in the "basic" Deep Freeze version, then you must use another partition, and tell Deep Freeze to _not_ freeze that drive letter.

I've just recently re-imaged the labs where I run BOINC (UD previously) and did away with the Thawspaces altogether. I've always had a second partition where I store my OS backups (using Deploy Center) so I have the HD space. I just need to create a new DF installer customized to not freeze that partition.

I will be using Deep Freeze Enterprise 6, so I will have some more info once I deploy that version.
