Hello,
I'm trying to uninstall my agent (to reinstall). I can't seem to locate the Grid Agent in Window's uninstall list. Also, I can't locate the udagent.msi file. Is there any chance this file is gone? Is there any other way to uninstall the Agent?? Thanks, swieker |

I have no install entries in my windows apps for UD(WCG) Agent, thus assume it is not needed. Simply exit the agent and reinstall. Make sure to tick the box "existing member'.

Thanks, Sekerob. Is there any way to simply uninstall the agent? The process from the "help" does not work.

This is from the help:
----------------------------------------How do I uninstall the World Community Grid Software? Minimize the agent window. Then right click on its icon in the lower right and select "Exit". This will stop the agent. Then you should be able to use Add/Remove programs in the control panel to remove it. If that does not work, use the task manager to stop the processes called UD... and WCGrid_... Then you should be able to delete the C:\Program Files\WorldCommunityGrid directory and its contents. After that remove the corresponding start menu items. Absent an entry in the installed apps list, follow the bolded part and re-install.
