Spanky, what are you growing in that Magical Garden Shed? Messers Sue, Grabbit and Runne Solicitors and Commissioners for Oaths Litigation Department 31 May 2007 Mr Cool, Our client, a Mr Spanky, has instructed us to investigate a number of alligations that you and members of your organisation (a 'Team Andrax') have made against him, with a view of commencing proceedings against you. It is alleged that you and others have referred to one of his outbuildings as a 'Magical Garden Shed', and have also publicly questioned what he 'grows' there. Our client insists that the excessive heat found in one of his outbuildings is the result of insufficient ventalation to support a number of personal computers he has located there, and the UV light is a result of 'case modifications', purely for esthetic purposes. He refutes any inference that this is a hydroponics set-up, and that the thriving of particular types of flora within, or in close proximity to, this building is purely coincedental. As your organisation appears to have some form of charitable staus our client is reluctant to litigate in this instance. He has retained us, however, to monitor public statements made by yourself or members of your organisation and to take immediate action should these alligations continue. However, I can successfully state ( weasel my way out of any responsibility, accountability... ) that I do not recall uttering, typing, IMing, or etch a sketching any duragatory, slanderous, or otherwise insinuational statement regarding said structure... But, isn't it a garden shed, anyhow? !    |
