If you run the UD agent, it will only run on one core. To use both, your only choice is BOINC.

Hi HimanCZ
----------------------------------------I looked for minimum password length to enroll on WCG, but could not locate....u seem to have stumbled on an non-alignment of the legacy UD system and BOiNC minimum requirements. There have been previous post from members who got a little frustrated with the password and wanting it to be uniform across all their projects. Only recommendation is thus to increase all your other BOiNC accounts and the WCG one to 6 minimum. If your e-mail account is same everywhere, BOiNC points at WCG should roll up into the Global stats. UD agent points do not! Correction: Found the message in Help: Is there a minimum password length? If you change your password, we require a minimum length of 6 characters. If you set an original password of 5 characters at registration, then you should still be able to use it to log in. You may have tried logging in during a server maintenance window. Please try again. cheers

Not quite following the question. The devices will still be accessible be it the UD or BOiNC agents. There should be no loss of any statistics.
----------------------------------------If u are afraid that a new password forces a re-registration.... i don't think so.... have changed passwords before without adverse effects. cheers

Each computer is assigned a unique Device ID on installation. The device is also assigned to a member. The member has a password to access the website. You can change the member password as many times as you want without it ever affecting a device registration.
